My husband and I and another couple stayed at the gorgeous Villa l' Aimee in May. Staying here was a wonderful way to start our five week sojourn through France. We stayed in the Green Room which is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, our friends were in the Blue Room which is just as lovely. The breakfasts Toni made each morning were delicious and plentiful, we certainly had a great start to each day!
The location is great it is in a very quiet area ensuring a restful sleep. We enjoyed our walk to the tram with just a few stops to the centre of Nice. Toni is very helpful at making suggestions of where to go, how to get there, restaurants etc. Fudge, the dog, is an added bonus!
We thoroughly recommend Villa l'Aimee for a fantastic stay in Nice.

My partner and I instantly fell in love with Toni and her gorgeous Fudge! We were given a very warm welcome on our arrival!
If you want the royal treatment, then this is the place to stay. We stayed in the Green room, and oh my was it beautiful! Toni has such a great taste for interior decor! The bedroom was spectacularly maintained and kept clean. Decent sized bedrooms also!

We will miss our daily breakfasts. The food was so fresh! The croissants were so fresh and tasting! But overall the breakfasts were excellent.

Toni provided us with an in depth knowledge of the area and the logistics in getting around. Without her knowledge, I think we would have been in trouble! Such a central base to explore both Monte Carlo and Cannes.

Toni, thank you for such a pleasant and memorable experience. You made our first stay on the French Riviera a memorable one. We will miss our afternoon Rose wine sessions. It's these moments that will be embedded within us for life. Keep up the great work. You are well and truly on your way to the number 1 bed & breakfast spot in Nice. Say hi to Fudge and Priscilla for us!

Having made our 7th visit to Villa Aimee this is surely confirmation enough of a wonderful place to stay, a wonderful welcoming friendly hostess and the ever-lovely Fudge the resident friendliest dog ever, how could we go wrong. The place is exceptionally clean, the breakfasts are simply wonderful, and it is on a quiet residential road, yet a few minutes walk to the tram to take you downtown.....or further afield should you be tempted to leave the peace and tranquility of such a lovely place.......we have never ever stayed anywhere so many times, so this is surely enough to confirm how special it is.......I know not everywhere suits everyone but this surely must qualify as almost perfection......try it for yourselves you will not be disappointed.........tres Bon!

Room Tip: All rooms are beautiful, but the green room is sublime, quiet and ensuite.........

Blissful! From the sumptuous bedding and gorgeous room designs to the warm and genuine welcome; this is a beautiful place to stay. Villa l'Aimee is also exquisitely maintained and run. Its location is quiet and civilised, yet handy for transport links such as the 23 bus and the tram. Stunningly good breakfast - especially the scrambled eggs, which my husband adored almost as much as the owner's delightful dog (who is the real owner I suspect). I've stayed in quite a few excellent B&Bs, ncluding the one that ranks as UK's top on Tripadvisor and I must say that Villa l'Aimee now goes to the top of my list of all-time favourites. It will probably stay there for quite some time. I can't wait to return.

We stayed at Villa l'Aimee for 4 nights and it was THE perfect choice. It is situated just 3 tram stops from the busy downcenter and you can immediately enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood. Toni is a great host who organised a table in the popular Comptoir du Marché restaurant where we spent an excellent evening. Everything is super-clean and friendly - it feel like a true home away from home. The breakfast is unbeatable and the cherry on the cake. Definitely will come back one day :-)

Room Tip: There are just three rooms - all are perfect!

Just returned from another great trip to France which included a very enjoyable stay at Villa L'Aimee. The property is tucked away in a very quiet part of Nice with good tram and bus access to the city centre. It made an excellent base for our visit to the Montecarlo tennis tournament and we were very well looked after by Toni. The bedrooms were really comfortable and clean and breakfast excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
