My wife and I stayed here for four nights in July. The bed and breakfast is well appointed with luxury details like nice linens, soaps and pillows. The breakfast is great and Fudge the dog was a nice treat. The building is historic and very charming. If you plan on early evenings then the location is fine but if you stay out past 9 or 10 I think the location is a tad far considering you have to walk 10 minutes from the tram which can be a bit unnerving. We ended up taking a taxi each night as that felt safer. The location is in the northern residential area. All in all my only hesitance is the location but our stay was very nice.
