“An ideal hub location.”

Friendly and helpful staff in a four star hotel which provides every facility. Secure parking, which is a rarity here and it even has a pool, which is well worth a visit. The bar is comfortable and stylish.

Travelling through France during August. Not a good time not to book ahead. Booked this hotel through Expedia and what a mistake. Did it in a hurry and to be honest it's not the hotels fault. Put in Vence a few days before and up popped this hotel. €250 a night so did not check location properly. Miles from our hoped destination and very cleverly disguised because all the other hotels had Vence under their headings ! not this one. A trap for people in a desperate Situation. It's not in a very good area. A new football stadium being built just across the road. If you want an ok hotel for a night with parking then this is the place. But if you want a hotel where you can walk to restaurants and feel as if you are in the Med. Don't bother. The surrounding area is dirty with lots of new concrete. Booked three nights and checked out after one. Went on to Valbonne a beautiful village, just what you expect in France.

Stayed at this hotel located in Saint Isidore/Nice. The location is not the most romantic one but if you have a car, free parking is very welcome! Then, once in the hotel, you will notice nothing of the surroundings. Nice and helpful staff at the front desk, spacious and clean rooms, great A/C (was over 30 degrees). The good restaurant and the pool area adds more value to this hotel. I would recommend to book a room on the back of the hotel so you don't get disturbed by the road traffic. The rooms are however pretty good sound insulated as I did not change room.

Highly overpriced for what it was. Similar to most ordinary motels such as those found by the side of US highways, but priced like a typical Hilton. Ridiculous. Staff members were horrendous during our stay. They absolutely could not be bothered to respond to any of their guests requests. Terrible hotel. I would stray far away from this place.

Booked 2 rooms via booking.com last week as bookings are not charged until you arrive at the hotel. In this case, the hotel took the liberty to pre authorise my card for €1200 which I cannot access until at least 10-15 days. I am so appalled by this and the response from the hotel has been they had a problem before from a prank booker which cost them money.....being a hotel manager I know the right and wrongs of how to deal with guests and bookings. I had to email the hotel twice to complain to the general manager, got an email on day 4 to say they had a problem with their systems and the email didn't come through....it wasn't even the general manager who responded, just a receptionist who ignored all my points. This hotel should be reported for non PCI compliance.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean and the staff were friendly. If you want to explore Nice, Monte Carlo, Canne and the surrounding areas you will need a car as the hotel is in the Village of St Isodore which is a 15 minute drive to Nice central. However, there is a small railway station a ten minute walk from the hotel and the train fare is approx 3.5 euro to Nice. To go to other areas the Central train station is a 15 minute walk into Nice Centre. It cost 7.50 euros to monte Carlo on a double decker train. The Restaurant in the hotel was very good. Some nights the food was better than others. It is very expensive to eat there and on the last evening we asked for a "Sandwich" as we couldn't afford to eat there any longer and we were refused. There is no cheaper option there. There is a super market accross the road in a small mall. and there is a fantastic small bistro (Next door to the dry cleaners) which is reasonably priced. However the Mall closes at 8.30 pm. As we were there over Easter - it was closed all day.

The overall experience was very good and we enjoyed our short break.

Room Tip: We were in a room at the Road side of the hotel and were not at all bothered with traffic noise. The...

Very good hôtel, perfectly located the high roads. Warm and very professionnal welcome by a young lady, romy, that settled up us very well. Nice hôtel but the food needs to be improved as closed to disaster. We'll come back to this place when the stadium will be open.
