My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous studio/apartment in late March. Katie was a joy to meet and so helpful. The studio was spotlessly clean and bright and airy. We were blessed with four days of mostly sunshine and warm days, the cute balcony was an added bonus just watching the old town wake up of a morning. This place served us perfectly. We were out and about all of the time. The location was great, a perfect stay.

Love this apartment. The name fits. It's super cute (and super tiny). It has everything you need for a great stay in Old Nice. Katie was a wonderful host, welcoming us and showing us how everything worked, and helping us find things in town, and booking us an early morning taxi. If you happen to be tall - you may find the loft bed a squeeze. The shower as well if you are tall or larger. Otherwise though we loved this apartment and would stay here again without question. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful little apartment in the heart of the Old town. Spotlessly clean, everything worked as it should. The owner kept us informed from start to finish and were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment to couples who are looking for the perfect spot in Nice old town.

We stayed in this super little apartment just before Christmas. Having visited Nice several times over the years we knew it was ideally located just steps from our favourite restaurants in both the Old town and the port. On arrival from the airport we were happily surprised that our taxi could drop us off at the door, this being a pedestrianised zone we’d anticipated a walk down the narrow streets and steps of Nice Old town with our luggage, but this apartment sits adjacent to the Cathedral Sq and hence has rare vehicle access. Once inside we were immediately impressed by the apartment, it is charming and has been lovingly furnished by its delightful owner, retaining character whilst incorporating all the modern essentials we needed. It was immaculate and bright. It is well designed and equipped and unlike many studios this apartment has a separate bedroom and a separate kitchen area. This creates a very comfortable lounge and eating area. As advertised, the shower room is small but it was functional . The added bonus for us was a lovely balcony with table and seating and views to the fort and the cathedral. Thank you for a memorable short stay, we’ll be back to enjoy the balcony and a glass of rose in the sunshine soon!
