We fancied a change from local food and this Cuban restaurant was close to our hotel on the Promenade. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a table. It was a little dark (made for a good atmosphere) and the waitress offered us a torch to help read the menu which was a great touch. The menu was good with plenty of choice.Service was quick and the food very good. My wife actually commented that her choice ( a seafood pasta) was the best pasta she has ever eaten and we have travelled extensively in Italy! There was a good wine list and the cost was very reasonable. No offer of expensive bottled water. Cold tap water was provided and replaced regularily. There was a live singer which drew in locals, keen to practice their Cuban/latin American dancing which they did in some numbers and with great skill. We joined in with considerably less skill but nobody gave us a second glance and were very welcoming and encouraging.
An excellent night out.
