“contemporary place set in old town”
Reviewed 12 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Welcomed by Roni on our arrival. Excellent handover. Nothing was a problem. Very patient as our flight was delayed from the UK. The apartment was spotless and had everything up to date. A welcome pack (including a nice bottle of rose) was a great surprise and treat. Very much in the centre of the old town with lots of restaurants to choose from each night. Local travel by bus very central to pick up to t the port just around the corner. Fresh fruit and flower markets were amazing too. would certainly recommend this to anyone who fancies a visit to Nice.
Many thanks to Roni again

“Fantastic mini break in old town apartment in excellent location”
Reviewed 1 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Stayed last weekend in this fantastic apartment with friends. Ronii was an excellent host who showed us how everything worked and advocated an early check in due to our flight time arrival from Edinburgh. The flat itself was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Loads of cafes, restaurants, bars and markets nearby and a Carrefour supermarket again only a 3 minute walk. We ate the first night in Bistro de Antoine having booked 3 weeks before any got the last table - fantastic food and reasonably priced with excellent service. Walked to the railway station in 25 minutes (although could have got the tram but preferred to walk). Travelled to Monaco in 30 minutes on the train - 31 euros for 4 adults return fare. Extremely lucky with the weather 23° each day. Highly recommend this apartment this apartment due to friendliness of hostess (thank you Roni) and location. We will definitely book again.

“A great option in Nice!”
Reviewed 12 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We stayed here with our 2 children for 4 nights recently and were very impressed with the quality and location of this apartment. It is situated in the centre of the old town with cafes, bars, bakeries, mini marts, buses and the Mediterranean Sea just a very short walk away! The apartment is modern and very clean, it has everything you need for your stay! All questions about the apartment were answered quickly and we were even met at the bus stop and taken to the apartment - fantastic service! You are in the centre of the old town activity and may hear a bit of noise at night from people walking home from bars but the charm of the area and quality of the apartment will make up for this! A great, affordable option for Old Town Nice!

“Contemporary apartment in heart of old town.”

The apartment is very new, clean, and contemporary and is situated in the heart of the old town of Nice. It is on the first floor of a very old, authentic French building and there is no lift, but there are only a few steps so it is not a problem. There is air con too which is great. One of the bathrooms has an electric toilet which is rather noisy but not a problem.
While we were there we had a power cut in the apartment, but it was dealt with the same day by the helpful staff.
There is a church opposite which chimes at 9.50am each morning and sounds delightful. A bakery can be found 2 doors down and sells croissants etc for breakfast.
There are many bars and restaurants within minutes of stepping out of the front door, and the beach is just a 5minute walk. Nice is a beautiful place and the new town has lots of well known and designer shops. There is a tram service, regular buses and trains for tourist trips and the coastline is amazing.
