Beautiful hotel, okay accomodations, and poor customer service. The staff was unplesant and uncaring. The woman receptionist was unapproachable, apathetic, unwilling to help with the customer needs, and seemed frustrated with her daily tasks. The hotel also does not make clear to the customer what they charge you. A bag of chips was left in the room for what it seemed complimentary because nothing from the management indicated a charge. But there was. The small bag of chips cost us 2 Euros! Suggest you don't consume anything during your stay. Overall, this is an expensive hotel and we had high expectations of a friendly and joyful stay. But, It was not the case. Good customer care builds loyalty, which this hotel lacks. Thus, we will not be back nor recommend it.

Fabulous small hotel just ten minutes walk into the centre of Saint Paul! Service is to a very high standard and it is spotlessly clean everywhere.
We stayed in room 10 which large and comfortable. Free wifi worked well even around the pool. Drinks and snacks can be ordered all day long and payment is at the end of your stay which makes things extra relaxing. All staff especially Zavier were on hand to help and advise whenever we needed them and we even had a spin arranged on our first wedding anniversary in the owners Ferrari by request!
The hotel is very pretty filled with an abundance of beautiful vines, colourful flowers and plants. Breakfast was very nice with good coffee served outside in a beautiful haven! The infinity pool is lovely to relax by, the only downside was the jacuzzi was out of order on our two night stay here. Apart from this small thing the hotel is faultless! We definitely recommend you stay here for your visit you will not be disappointed and I hope we can return one day!

A lovely hotel which met all our expectations. It is fairly small and therefore quiet at night - a really peaceful location with beautiful gardens and views. The beds were so comfortable and we had wonderful nights' sleep for all 4 nights we were there.

The staff were so helpful, courteous and caring and, although the management speaks English, they were very respectful of my desire to speak French!
The breakfast waitress was so charming and helpful, as also were the cleaning staff.

We will definitely return if/when next in this area.

Room Tip: Ask for room with balcony overlooking the pool and valley.

We were pleasantly surprised and overjoyed when we finally came to the gates of this hidden hamlet. This was even more beautiful in person than the website, which convinced me to book this stay. At each turn you are surrounded by beautiful flowers and orange trees that truly take you away from everything. Xavier and his wife are so warm and cordial and just willing to make your stay perfect. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We even had our own patio!
Breakfasts were a great start to our day under the sun umbrellas, surrounded by roses, impatiens and amaryllis in full bloom. Excellent service and near the "Old Town", just a 3 minute drive away. This was a little piece of paradise tucked away in the shadow of St. Paul de Vence.
A real gem!

Room Tip: Every room is unique. There are no bad rooms here.

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in. The service was excellent the rooms spotlessly clean fresh towels everyday. The location was central with loads to do (car required). The aroma of the gardens was exquisite. It was quite simple a charming relaxing place. I fully recommend a stay.

I just stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it is a little piece of paradise. Sweet rooms, gorgeous views, and outstanding gardens. A real find for the money! The location is terrific for visiting the hill top towns and the coast.
