We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. the location is superb, close to Nice and many other beautiful places. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful with suggestions of where to eat how to travel and what to see. We loved the breakfast on the terrace of their beautiful garden and the room was comfortable and charming.

Stayed for 4 nights during the second week of the Easter holiday. The house is beautiful, such a change from plastic, same ambience - so called 4 or 5 star hotels which are the same all over the world!
The owners are genuine, lovely people who are proud to share their lovely home. The simple breakfast was of excellent quality and the coffée - wonderful!
I had a room with a balcony overlooking the village, garden and a wonderful view. The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable with lovely, large pillows.
I did not hire a car but maybe should have. I used public transport which was, theoretically, easy to use. I encountered two awkward drivers who were less than helpful so I would advise car hire.

Room Tip: I did not see any of the other rooms but would be confident that they would be of an excellent stand...

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the recommendation of a colleague who stayed with his family and we could not have had a better experience! The location is walking distance to St Paul de Vence and also a short drive to the more high profile locations of the Côte d'Azur (Nice, Cannes, St Jean Cap Ferrat, etc). We looked forward to the breakfast that was included every morning, the best Orange juice ever, hence the name! Thomas, the owner, made every effort to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend a room for couples or an apartment for families (we were in #4 which had a very spacious and modern bathroom). I must say that seeing fresh Rosemary bushes and Orange trees was quite enjoyable. Renting a car is a must so that you can have the best of both worlds while in St Paul de Vence.

Thanks again to Thomas!!

We stayed here early in the year in a rare break in foul weather; Owners were most welcoming could not have been more helpful with suggestions what to do, where to go at that time of year.

Hotel is very comfortable well appointed with quality antique furniture which makes a change from some hotels flat pack we have experienced.

recommended and look forward to being able to return in sunny weather.

stayed in on of the garden rooms for a couple of nights. Excellent value and not disappointed at all.
Well located 15 mins walk from the town, although the daytime road noise is intrusive and a few hundred yards of the walk is on a busy road without footpath.
Thomas and Marquesa are on hand, welcoming and friendly and not intrusive.
the grounds are beautiful. The pool is a good length.
the website photos are not an exaggeration.
Would definitely stay again, and in preference to St Paul itself.

We stayed in this chambres d'hôte for four days in May, 2013. The building is charming and well appointed - a good bed, excellent shower facilities, spacious comfortable rooms. We stayed in the (newly remodelled) upper floor flat, with two double bedrooms and two shower rooms, sitting room and small kitchen. Also two balconies, with views of the sea 10-20 km away, and wide views across to hills and villages. Breakfasts were excellent - especially the orange juice with the fruit picked maybe an hour beforehand. We were travelling without a car, and there is a bus stop - and regular bus services - quite close by but there is also car parking space.. There is a pool with very clear water, and a beautiful luxuriant garden. Our hosts were very pleasant and welcoming.

We stayed here for a week - loved the setting and the small scale (there are only 5 rooms) which makes u feel that you are staying in your own house (except with a beautiful swimming pool set in an orchard). Thomas, marquesa and Philippe were charming and gracious. We especially appreciated the small touches like home made jam and fruit from the orchard. Overall splendid a little place that is much nicer than a big impersonal room factory!
