This villa was a real delight. Discreetly tucked away, it felt like you were a million miles from anywhere, when in fact it was jus a 15 minute stroll from St Paul de Vence.
The owner, Lou, was fabulous. She made us feel completely at home is this extremely well-appointed villa and was a great source of local intel.
I have no hesitation recommending this villa and plan to head back there sometime soon!
Great house in quiet neighborhood. We, 3 adults and 1 toddler, had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay again if we come back to St. Paul. The pool was cool and nice in the sun, and we enjoyed all meals in the outdoor kitchen. The only downside was the walk back from St. Paul to the house. In the sun with a stroller it was very hot and a bit like excising.
Wonderful villa, within walking distance of St Paul de Vance. Great amenities, including both in-door and outdoor kitchens, beautiful pool, lovely rooms inside. Owner Lou was more than helpful. Many beautiful towns and markets to visit nearby and wonderful drives into the mountains. Wish we had stayed longer than the 8 days, it went so quickly!
Chantelle Villa is a fantastic villa just outside of historic village of St Paul de Vence. You may need a car to stay here if you'd like to explore the Provence region but the Villa is 5 star with every possible thing you could need. St Paul de Vence is only 10 mins walk which had lots of pretty shops, art galleries and lovely restaurants. Large terrace with wonderful swimming pool kept all our family happy during our stay. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need so no need to pack beach towels hair dryers e.t.c. which makes it a home from home experience. The outside areas, one by the pool and another one the other side of the villa, have plenty of furniture for relaxation and outside dining including a very well equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. We had a great time and will certainly be back for more .... Go there and you are in for a treat.
We had a fantastic stay. The villa is very well equipped with everything we needed. Lou, who looked after the villa and greeted us on arrival, could not have been more helpful - even providing us with some bits for an impromptu lunch on arrival (all the shops were shut). We loved the walk to St Paul every evening. The village has plenty of beautiful shops and lovely restaurants - don't forget to pack the petanque!

If you want to cater in this Villa is excellent because it has a very well equipped kitchen area as well as a very good covered outdoor cooking and eating area. The cover works for both sun and rain. The Villa is a 15 minute walk down to St Paul de Vence, which is charming and full of restaurants and galleries. The Villa is comfortable, rather than luxurious, but it benefits from being in a very quiet road so you are undisturbed night and day. British TV available if you need to stay tuned in.
We had a fantastic two week stay in this lovely villa on the outskirts of St Paul de Vence. The stunning town is a 10 minute walk and there is a good choice of restaurants. It's also a great base and we enjoyed exploring Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Biot, Cannes and Juan Les Pins which are all within easy reach. The highlights of the villa are the excellent outdoor kitchen and living space and the wonderful swimming pool. All of the appliances and equipment are top of the range and the villa is very well equipped. Lou who owns the villa provided a friendly welcome and local recommendations. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the WIFI didn't work for half of our stay and when it did had a very limited range. There was no hifi system available to use although the description says there is. Also the villa is advertised as sleeping 8 but it is only really for 3 couples or 1 couple and two children as there are only 3 beds. There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets not 4 bathrooms as advertised. However these are more points about how the villa is advertised than the villa itself. Overall it is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend.
