From our arrival to leaving - in a complementary taxi to our own hotel - we had the most wonderful evening. My wife and I both had the set fish menu and each course was a masterpiece in high quality cuisine. The flavours and textures all complemented each other very well. Service was excellent and we found the wine offerings to be very acceptable. Out fourth visit to a Michelin starred restaurant this year and it was the best, as indicated by its three star rating. A nice touch was to meet the chef Arnaud Donckele after the meal. The evening was of course very expensive, but you not live once so why not? The only negative was that we had to return a spoon which was dirty and a basic error this should not happen. Overall well deserving of its rating.
