This is the first time we visited a 3 star michelin restaurant & we'll never forget it. As we sipped drinks before dinner the appetiser arrives perched on the branches of a miniature olive tree! We then go into the dining room. Elegant with service that can only be described as exceptional the table are set far enough apart to give you your own space. As each dish arrived I didn't know whether I should photograph it or eat it, such was the art direction & design on each plate. The staff knew it was my wife's birthday so one of them discretely handed me a red rose to give her. That's the style of the place. We were then invited to meet the Arnaud the youngest 3 star michelin chef in the world. A once in a lifetime experiences but bring 2 credit cards!!
