Pastis is a small boutique hotel that impressed us. Very friendly and the rooms amazing. Frederics (manager) went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. I'd highly recommend Pastis for a romantic stay. I will def be back .

As soon as we stepped into Pastis we knew this was somewhere we could never leave. Beautiful fresh contemporary decors, sweeping sea views, super comfortable bright and airy rooms. Gorgeous pool out the back. Delightful owners and helpful and chatty staff. We loved it.

The Pastis Hotel is chic, comfortable and serene small, boutique hotel. It is in a perfect location: It is easy to walk into town and just on the edge of town so that when you drive to the main beach clubs in Pompellona you don't get stuck in town traffic. The rooms are beautifully decorated and contain all the best accessories and fittings, as the owners were formerly a British decorating team. All the details In the decor are just so perfect and the owners and manager are incredibly nice and extremely helpful making all the reservations, that are so necessary in St.Tropez. The pool is really perfect, the food (breakfast and snacks) delicious and served beautifully, and the hotel was just wonderful.

I just came back from my second stay and would recommend it unconditionally.

This Hotel is like visiting friends in a great place. The owners and staff do everything to make your stay perfect.
We were tired when we arrived in St. Tropez and this Hotel allowed for a quiet, pleasant recharge.
It is close enough to 'the action' to stroll down and enjoy and then return to our haven.

Room Tip: Ocean view would be preferable, but pool proximity also good.

We have been to St Tropez for the Summer for over fifteen years. We have stayed at all the renowned places there. Several years ago when we decided to stay in town again and instead of another stay at the Byblos, we wanted to try somewhere of the same quality but a little more laid back. Based on TripAdvisor reviews we tried Pastis. We are so pleased we did. This amazing hotel is owned by a wonderful British couple called John and Pauline, who have a wonderful art collection that is there for all the guests to enjoy in all areas of the hotel, including the rooms. We are always made to feel very welcome and the service, led by the excellent Delphine is always what you want it to be. Delphine I must add, helps to make the stay a very relaxing one, as she genuinely cares and she wants us to have a great time and, frankly, can't do enough for us. Breakfast by the pool is always wonderful and serene and even drinks on an even by the pool, on an evening, create a moment. We cannot recommend Pastis enough.

Room Tip: The room with the balcony overlooking the pool is superb.

we drove the Cote D'Azur from Monaco to St. Tropez in July 2013. we searched for a hotel in St. Tropez that wasn't a fortune in the middle of the tourist season. we looked at many and considered noise, beach access, pool or no pool, price, location, etc. We came across this hotel and, we thought, took a shot in the dark. Turns out we guessed right. This place is fantastic. Very casual but great property and great service. sort of like staying with your FAVOURITE relatives. Friendly staff and owner on site all the time. Pool area gets sun all day and is very nice. Breakfast is plentiful. only a few rooms (maybe 12 or so??) and all have a view of something. on the street side they see the sea. on the other side, they look at the pool. some rooms open on to the pool. plenty of room to park a car and 10 minutes of walking will find you downtown. lots of restaurants and great shopping. A gem we found out of the blue. only thing, consistent with my other review of the Belle Rives, is that it is expensive. but relative to other options, decent value. but expensive. all in all, we would go back for more than 2 days and enjoy the pool and the fine staff. We had a great trip here and wish we had stayed longer.
