Clean, modern facility close to the metro with easy access to city center. Nice restaurants close by. Staff was helpful, especially Marion, who spoke excellent English. There is 24 hour access to a business area and coffee. Internet worked well in our room. Wonderful street close by.

I will never stay at this hotel again. We arrived and checked in only to find that the air-conditioning was broken and our only option was to leave the room windows wide open to keep the room cool. This was Marseille in June and the heat was unbearable and made it almost impossible to sleep since the street outside was extremely noisy. We mentioned it to the reception but their only answer was to shrug and tell us it would be several days before the air-conditioning was fixed and that we should move somewhere else if we didn't like it.

The second issue we had was with money disappearing from our room. When we complained to management their response was to send the housekeeping lady up to scream at my girlfriend and insist that she had not taken any money. When I spoke to the manager on duty and threatened to call the police the missing money was mysteriously 'found' and returned to us.

Lastly, the staff seem to have no idea of what a 'Do not disturb' sign means. It's not a complicated concept ....DO NOT DISTURB.

In short, it's in a poor, run down location, the hotel staff are disinterested, dishonest and will happily help themselves to whatever they can steal from your room. If you value your possessions and want a good nights sleep then look elsewhere.

We stayed here for a night before proceeding to Nice. We really expected a lot from the hotel considering the nice reviews I read over the internet only to find out that the aircondition system of the entire hotel was not functioning during our stay. They only informed us after we check in and complained about the warm temperature of our room. Then they gave us a fan instead. No apologies whatsoever. It seems like this is a normal thing in this hotel. Then the front desk was not helpful or accommodating. Lastly, their shower is very stupid. It's so modern that it is no longer practical ( very hard to use) and it flooded also. Overall, I don't wana go back to this hotel. I'll bring my money somewhere else where I can have a working AC and average shower and helpful staff that is nearer to the shopping district of Marseille.

The hotel looks quite new and modern. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large and have a nice bath room with a good shower. There is a large fridge, good TV and free internet.
Sleeping quality is however very poor: The beds are extremely hard and the room was always very hot (June). There is an airconditioning sytem but this does not work properly and in addition it made a lot of noise (some vibrating, rattling sound) so that I had to switch it off. The alternative was then to open the window. However the street noises (cars, people) are very loud and continue during the whole night. So, it was almost impossible to sleep in this hotel.
The breakfast was very disappointing. It was very basic and certainly not worth 12 Euro. The breakfast room is also too small for the number of guests.
The location of the hotel is good. It is close to a metro station (Perier) and also close to the bus station at the Rond Point du Prado where you can take the bus (nr 19) to the Beach.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing the street, otherwise it will be impossible to sleep.

A friend and I spent one night in Seven Urban Suites on our way through Marseille. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and well prepared for our pre-paid arrival. Our room was very modern and clean with all the necessary amenities. Too bad we were not staying any longer as the built in kitchen area would have been nice to use. We reserved a twin room, which by most standards the beds were extremely small.

While the hotel is very easy to get to by the metro, there are no real restaurants or other entertainment around. We also were out late and walked back to the hotel around midnight. My friend and I both agreed that we would not be very comfortable walking back to the hotel from the metro late at night if we were travelling by ourselves. The walk was quiet and some what dark.

Everything is perfect as advertised: clean well equipped room, good bed, huge bathroom

Just note the location and check out Google Street View before you go. Nothing dangerous or terrible has been observed, but the location is not fancy.

If u are looking for a self catered modern comfortable and clean place to stay this is it. Close to a metro stop, ideal for visiting the town centre and other transportation links. I would stay here again and look for other branches in other towns too. Highly reccomend it!
