It looks very stylish and the rooms are a good size but it suffers from poor service. The breakfast buffet quality is good but it was frustrating trying to catch someone's eye to get a basic cup of coffee. Glasses constantly ran out. Eggs ran out. The buffet area was cramped. It took more than half an hour to get a simple omelette. When we went to the pool (via a confusing 3 lifts) we were told we couldn't have a locker because they were saving them for non-guests who paid to use the facilities. We argued and got 2 (between 4 of us) to discover the pool was completely empty. In the bar it took 10 mins to get a drinks list and 25 mins to get a drink (in a half empty bar). The coffee in the room for the drinks machine wasn't replaced. They called us to ask if they could collect the room service plates. We had not had any room service. Too many service errors for an expensive 5 star hotel. Not good enough.
