We stayed here in August and highly recommend it. The service is impeccable and amenities very good. The location offered spectacular views of Marseille, especially Notre Dame de la Garde and is central to the port and old city. 10/10!

Plenty of elegance and splendour on offer here. Huge building, beautifully refurbished, and everything you would expect from a top hotel in a top location. We enjoyed it all, right from the moment we were given a free upgrade on checking in. Dinner on the terrace is memorable both for the food (and service) and the amazing view of the Vieux Port. Our room was spacious and comfortable. If you're intending to visit the gourmet restaurant you'll need to book ahead of your stay. Quite the nicest Intercontinental we've come across. If there is a nicer hotel in Marseille we would be very surprised!

We booked one night as a last minute stop over to Marseille (to do a snorkelling trip the next morning). The hotel is impressive and in great condition - modern and nicely furnished

The rooms are huge - with all the modern amenities you except from a 5 star hotel. The service from the minute we pulled up for valet parking to check out was seamless, efficient and amazing. On arrival my daughter even received a small bag of goodies and a balloon. She loved the extra attention.

We had lunch and breakfast at the terrace. Beautiful food and views. Only problem throughout stay was we did not get served at all at the bar when we sat down - eventually we just walked out and went somewhere else. I think they were busy or just forgetful there

The gym was good (and empty so we had it to ourselves). The pool was in a odd location and it’s the only hotel I know where you can’t use the change facilities at the pool (I think they are part of the spa which is a separate entity/business).

Would definitely return though!
