We were shown around by one of the residents in his boat. When younger, he claimed to have jumped off the central span of the arches over the inlet, into about 2.5m of water - an act of some daring. A very good choice of restaurants.

Visited today for a little look around. Easy to get to. The easiest way was to walk down the steps opposite the monument on the main road. We walked past the boats and restaurants and then came to a sweet little swimming area. Really shallow and our toddler playing in the water loads of other kids. A lovely experience that is well worth a look around.

vallon des auffes is a little corner of heaven on la corniche. watching the fishermen leaving the docks is a sight to behold. For fantastic pizza book chez jeannot, ask for an upstairs table - gorgeous view.

That a place that must be seen! Amazing atmosphere and view. Small restaurants and lovely houses with paintings and mosaics

Walk La Corniche, you will find stairs opposite to the Orient monument, go down and you will feel you are in a small fishing town. Restaurants are always jammed, especially Chez Fonfon, so make a reservation or have a drink and wait.
