“Fun”

Great little restaurant that is open all day, handy as we did not arrive until mid afternoon. Had a salad of chicken, prawns, a fish burger type thing! and pineapple. A strange mixture and sounds weird, but it really worked and tasted delicious! Some great local Rose wine produced by the boyfriend of the waitress.

“A bit of a strange concept but good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 January 2013

We arrived here at night when most of the shops around the restaurant were closed. We went through the door which looked more like a clothes shop. The place was empty and we were the only people there. The food was really good and the host really friendly and welcoming. I personally did not like the concept of eating in a clothes shop, but the food was really good. Also a bit on the expensive side for what it is.

“Outstanding meal, reasonably priced”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 October 2012

This is by far the best meal we had in France, and to top it off, it was reasonably priced. High quality local ingredients were perfectly prepared to create a meal to be savoured. Every single item we were served, from the rice, to the stuffed mushroom, to the pork with mushroom sauce, to the chocolate cake, was made with care to blend flavors for each bite.

We found the portions to be more than adequate. We ordered from the "menu" including an entre, plat, and dessert. The pasta salad and bruchette/salad entres were huge and what we would normally eat for a meal. Our total bill for 3 adults including a bottle of wine came to 84 euros.

As we were there in October, the owner told us he had limited the menu to avoid waste, but we had no trouble finding a meal to our liking. He also spoke English much better than we speak French and answered all our questions about the menu. I am going to give the service an "outstanding" in the ratings because the owner/server was friendly, helpful, and seemed to cherish his food offerings. No, the service wasn't fast, but it is France, and the meal is meant to be enjoyed and lingered over. It was too cold for us to eat outside on the beautiful patio. The inside, a little funky, but don't be put off.

“Good food, reasonable prices, a friendly place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2012

If you need a break from traditional Provencal food while here, this is a place worth checking out. The owner applies his Italian background to a French style and voila!...tasty treats that will freshen your plate. The restaurant is quiet, not elegant but comfortable. We spent a lively evening with some friends here, came away satisfied with the meal and happy with the service. The decor is, ummm, unusual. A fun place

“Hidden restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2012

This little restaurant with its trendy, modern ambiance is behind a clothing store. I had a tossed salad with a terrine of vegetables, followed by a seafood brochette. My friend had the fish soup. We both enjoyed our meals, which were both delicious and well-presented. I will let the photos speak for themselves.
