Once again Debbie and Al excelled themselves in giving us a fantastic base for our skiing holiday. 15 of us descended into Chamonix on Saturday 8th of Feb and we couldn't have been looked after any better than we were. James and Freya were absolutely fantastic, they made brilliant meals, fantastic cakes and just generally spoiled us all rotten! Debbie,Al, Freya and James drove us to various ski areas everyday including Courmayeur in the worst blizzard imaginable. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Well done guys!!

The food and the service provided were wonderful and the taxi driving skills of Debbie and Al were second to none! We would def recommend this as a great chalet to stay in the ever lovely Chamonix. Much thanks to you all for helping us to have a great Christmas. Sarah and Robert, Jenson and William.

This was our second time in Chamonix but our first at Chalet Blanche, and we strongly recommend it. Debbie and Al are very attentive hosts, but also laidback - just the right attitude for a holiday. And they know how to get great staff too - the chefs, James and Freya, and Mary Ann with the upkeep helped to make this an unforgettable trip. The Chalet is cute, as chalets should be! The hospitality is standard Savoyarde half-board but done with flair - hot breakfast, hot afternoon tea (Freya's amazing cakes), and 3 course dinner with unlimited beer and wine during the meal. One night a week is chefs' night off, and the staff will help you find a restaurant. Debbie and Al organised everything we needed - ski-hire, passes, special clothing. Chamonix has a wide range of ski conditions, and Al's advice about where to ski proved spot-on. They even drove us through the Mont Blanc tunnel to Italy for a day's skiing.

This was our first trip to Chalet Blanche but it won't be our last. We were in the midst of having a wonderful time - Debbie and Al were absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble from organising lift passes to ferrying back and forth from the various ski areas. James and Freya were excellent hosts and Mary Ann kept the place spic and span. Unfortunately, holiday was cut short due to hubby having a heart attack! Fortunately on the mend now but everyone at the chalet could not have been any more helpful or kinder - including all the other guests. Many thanks Al for the lift to the train station and for all your help. You all managed to make what was a stressful time a bit more bearable. A big thank you also to the French hospitals both at Chamonix and Annecy - the healthcare was absolutely excellent. Looking forward to returning.

This is our third visit to Chalet Blanche, the first time was our Honeymoon so ten years on it seemed the best place to celebrate. Again we were not disappointed. Debbie gave us a warm welcome so we felt like we were staying with friends. Freya and James were brilliant hosts and the Potato Dauphinoise were out of this world. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the chalet is always warm and cosy. The hot tub is great, a real luxury with a glass of fizz! As usual Al and Debbie are very flexible on taking people to their required ski destinations and it really does now feel like home from home.

This was my second stay at Chalet Blanche, this time with my wife and young (3 years old) daughter. Everything was perfect: rooms, food and the awesome attention of Debbie and Al. After visiting a lot of different ski resorts/ mountains over the past years, I simply can't imagine a better combination than Chamonix and the Chalet Blanche.
