“Great service”

We went today for a late lunch. Impeccable service and great quality for a very reasonable price, including a warm atmosphere and a lot of attention to our children. Very worth visiting

“Very nice food for a good price”
Reviewed 17 January 2014

I was there with a group of friends. We loved the menus for a fixed price, sometimes you could even choose for a course from different choices. The service was perfect, the food delicious, and so was the wine, so that we did not notice when the restaurant was about to close. Surprisingly we were not kicked out but instead brought to a nearby room with comfortable chairs and a fireplace where we could have the digestif. Very nice.

All together this was a perfect evening, thank you very much. I will for sure come back.

“Fantastic mountain atmosphere with refined cuisine”
Reviewed 12 January 2014

The restaurant is warm and welcoming... Some ham hang close to the fireplace come to dry and age... All wooden furniture... Waiters ready to help! It was (very) crowded on that evening but on our table (4 adults, 3 kids), we could speak to each other without any problem. For starters, some had the fois gras, some the boudin, all excellent with a surprising touch of 'not seen before'. For main course, we tried several (of which the hog) but this undisputed best went to the "quenelles de brochet" (fish), superb and tasty, a real news to the table! Desserts were good but the the cheese plateau was such more attractive and really offering a variety of tastes and possibilities with for each a *** selection. Nice wine list, and manageable on a budget.
Kids had their own menu and loved the gratin and meat, all very fresh and giving that lovely feeling of 'homemade'... Really worth the while; reservation recommended.

“Christmas Eve Dinner”
Reviewed 3 January 2014

This was a lovely way to spend Christmas Eve with our family. We made arrangements early and were not disappointed. The food was very good, and quite filling.....we left no room for our favourite cheese tray which was beautifully displayed and served. The service was very efficient and professional, and friendly. The menu was local fair and excellent. The decor was rustic as the pictures state, and felt festive and charming.

“Great experience!”
Reviewed 23 December 2013 via mobile

A friend recommended this. So glad we choose to start or holiday with this gem! The rack of lamb is slow roasted on an open fire in the middle of the restaurant.. and there is no doubt that it is their signature dish. Amazing is all I will say about the lamb. My two sons had the menu of the day included a roast chicken on penne pasta with an delicious white sauce and finished with a selection of desserts which were all hand made.. Loved this place!
