Tucked away in the Hotel Eden in Les Praz, near the train station a few minutes from Chamonix, this restuarant is superb (we did not stay in the hotel, but at the nearby Auberge La Bagna). The food was fantastic. Appetizers/entrees includes a goat cheese-bacon tart, a beet-goat cheese salad, and a green salad with Parmesan, all were delicious. Then, a perfect rack of lamb, salmon crusted with herbs, sea bass with gremolata potatoes. We shared a creme brulée and they had a fantastic cheese cart including a lovely Epoisses. Don;t miss this place, elegant, simple, delicious!
