Service very good but a little bit difficulty to park. Located downtown, nice room (quite small though). We got the full service (95€) which includes the spa but, on check out, asking for a discount since we didn't use it, I've been told that the spa was complementary so. Got confused :-).

Room Tip: We would recommend to get the room in the garden.

The staff of this hotel were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. The view out our window of the mountains was spectacular. But I was disappointed with the size of the standard room, including the tiny bathroom. I'm only 5' 9', but I felt cramped, always having to squeeze between suitcases and the walls when moving around the room. Same goes for the bathroom. The diagram of the standard room on the hotel website makes the room look a bit bigger than it actually is. I would recommend spending a little more money and reserving the superior double room. Everything else about the hotel is quite good.

Room Tip: Get a Superior Double room.

My wife & I stayed here for 2 nights in September (wished we had stayed longer) We loved everything about this Hotel from friendly staff to fantastic location, funky decor & the great atmosphere your Hotel provides., Cannot wait to return hopefully next year. Great value for money would definately recommend.

We recently stayed two nights in this perfectly located hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, in particular Sabrina and Maria. We agree the rooms are a little small but spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch and would love to be there when they lit the big fire.

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 2 nights. The service is very good. Staff is helpful and very nice. The rooms are small but clean and the beds are above average for Europe. Great location in the center of town. Walking distance to several restaurants. Free bike use. Limited parking was the only real bummer.

Room Tip: Get a parking spot and keep it. Limited spots available.

Helpful, pleasant staff - happy informal atmosphere - afternoon tea is a lovely touch. I stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding in late July and was really pleased with this hotel. Rooms are a little bit small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Hotel Le Faucigny was a very pleasant surprise. The location was perfect - an easy walk to the Aguille du Midi cable car and the great restaurants in Chamonix's old town. The staff was particularly helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations; they actually listened to what we had to say and made recommendations accordingly. Reserved parking - make sure you reserve ahead of time - was right outside the hotel, although we didn't move our car the entire time we were in Chamonix. Breakfast and coffee were available and if we wanted coffee at an off hour, the staff was accommodating. The room itself was roomy, and about the only negative was that the only window was a tilt-up in the ceiling, where we had to climb on the desk to open it. We would heartily recommend this hotel.
