“Swedes know what's up. ”
Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

We came here after walking up and down the city centre streets. It was the first place we saw and it looked good, but we wanted to see other options before committing. Pro tip: just commit. This place is great!

The menu is new for the summer season, and it does not disappoint. I like a GOOD burger, bon cui, as the French would SAY but not DO. This place knows what to do with their beef: cook it to its juicy best.

Ma'lady had the veggie burger salad. Now, quinoa doesn't sound all that delicious as a burger, but WOW! It was super tasty and not mealy or weird like some pre-made veg burgers are.

Also, the drinks may look a little pricey, but they are huge. Plus, add the altitude, and you'll probably only need a few!

Service was great. Don't listen to those other fools. The Swedes will take care of you.

Enjoy!

“Great burgers and service”
Reviewed 11 April 2014

We had the Moö burger and it was soooo tasty! Reasonable prices for Chamonix. Two burgers, two glasses of red wine, 1 café au lait and 1 beer for 48 euros! The service topped it all up. Would g back and recommend it very much! Thank you Moö and thanks to the swedish waitress!

“Beer is the most expensive we found..”

Only went in for a beer not realising it was a restaurant as well but at 14 euros for 2 pints we soon left and never went back.

“Good food, grim faces”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

I had a great time here last year, this year the service really let it down. Firstly, the food is great and - in a sea of expensive fondue joints - well priced. The pulled pork is delicious and I had a great aperol spritzer to start. But none of the staff smiled. Not one. It might have been our chalet staff's fault , who made the booking, but no-one told us we'd have 45 mins for the table. The live music was fun and I wish we'd been eating in the bar rather than restaurant.
Judging by the other comments on here, it might just have been an off night - maybe somebody died - but it wasn't too much fun for us. Still, the pork was fantastic!

“Awesome Burgers, Great Mojito, Crap Service”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

If you can get past the indifferent / rude staff then you MUST eat here. The pulled pork burger is hands down the most delicious pulled pork I've ever eaten (and I lived in the USA for 3 years!!) The restaurant itself is pretty loud so not the place for a romantic meal for two. But for a group of mates who like nice cocktails and yummy food it's awesome. Admittedly we've had a few problems with the staff there. They are indifferent at best. However the good food keeps us coming back and dragging our friends along with us! I wish they would bring back the sliced cheesecake rather than the one made in the pot - but it's still delicious! :) And they know how to make a delicious mojito!
