Nice clean place, Very Friendly staff, Good food, Rooms bit on the small side But €32 per night including breakfast is a good deal. Location it's about 5K away from town centre but you get complementary free bus pass. Fit owner (Worth returning back for) !

“A top B&B with great evening meals too”
Reviewed 9 July 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Chalet Tissieres is a gem. Close enough to Chamonix (45-60 min walk) so that you have easy access to all that Chamonix offers, but far enough away to be peaceful. Great views of Les Bosson glacier and Aiguille du Midi, first class service, great food and friendly atmosphere. Superb for climbers, mountaineers, bikers etc. Will definately use CT again when we return to Chamonix.

“Chalet works well for school trip to Chamonix”

A fantastic base for my Geography trip which consisted of 3 teachers and 23 students. We were given exclusive rights to the chalet for our 4 days there and the accomodation was excellent. Dave our chef and Emma were there to great us and explain the layout and structure. The rooms were all very clean and the evening food which we booked was very good. Dave and I had spoken before the trip to sort out the food options. Will definately use the chalet again for the next field trip and highly recommend it for school trips with close proximity to Chamonix.

“Positive Experience”
Reviewed 13 November 2012 for a stay in August 2012

Basically, a bed and breakfast and dinner (optional) place. Weather permitting, meals can be taken on the deck with incredible views of Aiguille du Midi and Mount Blanc. Very attentive family hosts and staff. Clean rooms. Awesome views. Good meals. Flexible service. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly hosts. Free wi-fi. Overall, a very positive experience. Majority of guests appear to be active, outdoor types who go out and do their thing during the day.

“Very good for climbers”
Reviewed 21 October 2012 for a stay in June 2012

We stayed here for a couple of days before and after climbing the Gran Paradiso and the mount Blanc. Because of the weather the plans of the reservation data at Chalet Tissieres changed. Renske was very flexibel with the data we stayed. What was very relaxed. The breakfast and diner is very good. The view on the Mount Blanc is perfect and i like the atmosphere what Renske created at Chalet Tiessieres. I would advise it for climbers!

The days at home were wonderful, the food excellent treatment i fantastic people.
The place where the house is located had amazing views from the rooftop terrace with stunning sunsets overlooking the Mont Blanc.
The house is in a very good location because from there you can make many trips without moving the cotxe.
The treatment of people as we said it was fantastic, they were very friendly and were always watching us if we faltava some thing.

It is a place buenissimo advise everyone Cheran go in groups or families, as we we were 18 people.

“Great Alpine Basecamp”
Reviewed 14 September 2012 for a stay in June 2012

We stayed here for a week in June 2012, less two nights spent out in the Mountains. The chalet is very comfortable and the food was generally excellent, we had the included breakfast and ate in the chalet for 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed. It was great to find somewhere so flexible with the bookings (1 night in, 1night out etc). The free (with tourist card) bus to Chamonix, from the stop just outside the chalet, was an added bonus. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
