This chalet, located at mid-mountain (2100m approx.), is fully ski-in/ski-out with a run groomed right up to the door- so it's fantastic from a skiing point of view-- it's a 2km green run down to Courchevel-1850 village and a blue run back home, you have to take a gondola then a quad chair lift back, the chairlift is absolutely freezing on the way home at the end of the day (but then we did ski in january). The beds are fabulous here with soft linen and doonas. The heating and wifi work well. There's a good ski room and they offer the service of a ski hire company to bring and fit your skis/snowboard on site. The staff is friendly and the place is secure.
The major downside is that it is far from the village and access outside lift hours is difficult- the free village bus apparently comes once an hour, self-drive is tricky due to snowy/narrow roads with a 300m difference in elevation- we took about 20mins to drive down (necessary to get groceries/supplies) in our 4WD and got lost on our way to the place on the first night (drove from Lyon airport). There were minor problems such as unpolished wooden floorboards that always looked dirty, basic bathroom with hot water only enough for 2 people (we were 4, so 2 of us had to use the shower in the sauna each day), a persistent faint musty smell despite leaving the windows opened, dim lights throughout and an oven that was located above head height tho it and the dishwasher did work well. Finally, the apartment we were in (number 8) only has a view of of the parking lot and airstrip, a bit disappointing when through a slit opening in our bedroom, we could see down the valley and clearly other rooms would have stunning views.
