Improve the wifi service, and also maybe implement upgrades for loyal customers. Customers who have recommended P&V to friends and families. Now you are booked with Venezuelans and that is not by chance. We had wonderful vacations once again.

Happy and welcoming staff. The resort is in a great location but Courchevel 1850 is a very expensive place to visit. A coffee can cost as much as 10 euro! Its clean and of a good general standard. Recommended!

The Forum Chalets said 4/5 people but it was really just for 2 people. Every morning at 5:30 the snowplow made so much noise into the badly isolated apartment that it made it impossible to sleep. The kitchen was equipped with worn out utensils. This place is not worth the money. The good thing was its access to skiing, shopping and restaurants. The Wifi connection was very poor and needs to be upscaled. The entertainment on TV was also very poor.

We were a party of nine, and have just returned from a fabulous holiday in courcheval , the main reason we picked the forum was that it was so close to the ski lifts and the centre of town, firstly our chalet " Charlie " was booked through Powder White no complaints here they were very good special thanks to Will our cook,he was great, the only complaint that I would make is the noise through the night, party goers, cars, lorries and around 7 they seem to clear the roads ect, banging the digger buckets on the road, Having said all of the above Courcheval is fantastic ( and very expensive ) but if you like your skiing in picture postcard surroundings this is for you

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 2-7 people. The flat does not match the description on the website as there was no ensuite and no bunk beds on alcove. The toilets were nice, excellent showers. The bedrooms were not tiny and there were lots of storage space. The living room was large, but not very well equipped for 7 people (a table with 6 chairs and a sofa bed suitable for only 4 people sitting)
Reception staff try their best to help, but they seemed very inexperienced maybe as it was the beginning of the season. We had to wait until 19.30 for our flat to be ready! It was reasonably clean but there was no 'survival kit', not even toilet paper! (The local supermarket closes at 19.30). Delicious fresh bread and croissants are delivered daily. Ours was complimentary as an apology for the mess at the check in.
The location is very central and convenient for the supermarket, ice skating, jardin des enfants, luge, restaurants, shops etc. It is not far from the slopes, but from chalet A it is a not so nice walk uphill (carrying skis!) to get to the gondolas. Try the slope located at the back of the building, across the car park.
Courchevel is fantastic, especially if there are non skiers in the group, but VERY expensive. It is excellent for food lovers.
Beginners and more experienced skiers will have no problems, but I did not find it great for blue-piste lovers...
