it's a spa, basically. It has a sauna, a steam room (although it could do with some essetial oils as it was a bit smelly); a very small indoor pool and non-heated outdoor pool. The japanese hottubs were out of order during our whole stay at the hotel.

We went for a weekend relaxation at the Hilton with a few treatments booked ath the Buddha Bar Spa. I can only say it was dissapointing. The music didn't work correctly during the massage and parts of the spa were closed. Not brilliant.
a little expensive but worth it, The foot massage is excellent, body Massage less so. outdoor pool is very nice!
Firstly it's so dark they actually give you a flashlight to read the menu. Prices are outrageous, so only go it on expense account.
We have enjoyed some peaceful times at the spa sitting indoors in cooler weather and sunbathing in the summer.
The treatments are good but I perceive a little expensive although I have never had a massage elsewhere in France so I am comparing with UK prices. Robes, slippers and towels are provided in the price.
The treatment areas are clean and well presented with a surprisingly HUGE statue of the Buddha in reception.
All the reception staff speak reasonable English,, the therapist speak more with their hands!
My only complaint would be the lack of drinks availability. A water cooler would significantly add to the experience. Food is available by the outside pool in the summer but nothing in the winter.
Will definitely go again.
