Was here on business for 2 nights. Lobby and bar/restaurant area area are clean, comfortable and pleasant. Rooms (toilet in particular) are slightly showing signs of "diy" renovations but that's not really a complaint. Separate toilet and shower room is novel and entrance hallway is too. Rooms are big and spacious and bed was great.
Breakfast was ok, although to be honest I was in too much of a hurry to enjoy. Payment for wifi (10€ a day) and car was bad - for a business type hotel - but staff were relatively helpful and as professional.
Not sure I'd call it good value for money however.

No complaints with the hotel. The TV is a bit small but the room is a nice size and has a couch. There are multiple rooms with a door that closes between the bedroom and hallway, this is a nice touch. The toilet is in its own room separate from the rest of the bathroom (a real water closet). Wireless is through Orange France. The hotel and room have an 80s modern feel to them and are a bit sterile; this is not a hotel to fall in love with. However, it is a minute from the train station and quite well-located; excellent if your business is in the World Trade Center next door. A good place to stay for the business traveler, not the backpacker.

To the comment below: I was on the 6th floor and am a sound sleeper. I can hear the trams during the day but they were no bother at night. Perhaps if one is a light sleeper they should request a room on an upper floor.

unless your deaf you will not get a good night sleep here , you have 2 tram lines both sides of hotel and a train station under neat. be aware of hidden charges ie 15 extra per night for breakfast and the same if you have a car . i only lasted 4 days and i moved to another location. would not recommend

This hotel is in the very center of the city, practically at the railway station, so getting there and moving around was easy. Hotel is a bit worn out, although it's supposed to look "modern". Lobby, reception area and restaurant are looking MUCH better than rooms. Rooms are spacious but somehow ugly and non-functional, given their size. In the majority of them you can't open the window, which is, for me, unacceptable. So it's OK for a short stay (1-2 days) - if you need to stay longer, go for some other hotel (Mercure President for example).
