I would come here again for several reasons:
- good value for money (70-80 euro per night)
- calm and no noise at all! Only some birds signing :)
- neat, modern, stylish
- perfect to sleep
- ideal location - in the hyper center but also close to the riverside and to the railway station
- wi-fi

I am here for 3 nights, and have prorogated my stay. However, keep in mind that the cleaning service is provided every 3 days and not each day, and that there is no other service provided because it is not a hotel. They can serve you a French breakfast which I personally don't like because I don't like croissants :) You still have an oven to cook if you want. But you need to clean it before you leave.

I always read the reviews on the tripadvisor website and I consider some reviews and others I don't because sometimes they don't say what it matters
I am going to make my point now
Patricia residence has a good location I had a very welcoming by Candice (receptionist ) she is very friendly and helpful and try to make you happy with a smile
But there are some points that the management rules that I don't agree ( it is not the receptionist fault ) She is only an employee
She did not allow my friend to make an important call to Canada even though he explained to her that he bought a phone card and the call will not cost anything to the hotel
Candice said that these are the rules of the hotel (management) she said that she can not allow him to make a call
My friend asked her to make a call because
there are no phones in the rooms
It means if you need to make a call (even an emergency call) or in the middle of the night you have to go outside of the hotel to try to find a booth phone (pay phone) to make a call Trust me there is no phone booth around the hotel
I was disappointed with the management decision and
My friend had to go to the train station to make a phone call more than 20 minutes by foot
Some people say that it's only 15 minutes but it's not true it takes more than 15 minutes
I have to say that I don't recommend this property because of the service provided and not because of the location ( good location) and a nice smile of Candice She is a nice person
That's it
That's my sincere opinion
because customer service is very important when you consider a place to stay on your vacation

Stayed here with my husband & 2 children (8 & 11) for 3 nights. Easy to find, on-site parking, within easy walking distance of local amenities, beautifully finished loft apartment, clean, spacious, all essential equipment provided, really helpful & friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Grenoble :)

My family stayed here for 3 nights in September. Loved it. My two boys 21 and 18 had a 2 room apartment with kitchen and we had an open room with Kitchen. The rooms were decorated so funky and exceptionally clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great and all the surrounding eateries and pubs also had the most friendly staff. They have space for parking but it's tight so you have to be confident with your car getting in and out. Would not hesitate to recommend and would stay here again any time.

We stayed here in Sept 13 for two nights on the journey out to Italy and one night on the return. It was very clean and well decorated. Comfy beds and basic cups and plates etc.

Central and quite near the railway station. Shops, restaurants and main streets within short walking distance. We overlooked the back streets from which there was a bit of noise from people who had been out on the town but it wasn't too bad. Depends how light a sleeper you are! Very helpful staff.

Couple of things would improve the experience. Addition of bedside tables and lamps. I don't like just one overhead light. Makes reading in bed difficult. Also a shelf and hooks in the bathroom for toiletries, bathrobes etc would improve things.

Room Tip: We (two of us) had the apartment for four people as we like lots of space and an extra bed.

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of the old city recently furnished each room has a small kitchen and bathroom well appointed with the option of breakfast served in the room @ 8 50 euros per person usual continental breakfast. Within 5 mins walk into the city which is vibrant lively and plenty of shops bars restaurants. The hotel has underground parking which is secure. The only down side is check in at 3 pm but if you take the tel number and ring you can leave your bags etc and go off to explore earlier. Would defiantly go again as the biking round this area is very good
The hotel does not offer evening meal but its no problem as restaurants are aplenty . It's just a bit tricky yo find as its just behind the main road down a small alley way but what a find

Room Tip: All rooms good

6th floor loft is very mod, very luxe, lots of fun. No air-con, so beware in the midst of summer. Beds softest linens, bathroom and shower great. Even washing machine. Nice skylight views of the Bastille. Free parking underground. Helpful reception.
