We love this petite, charming Italian restaurant in the heart of the antique district...we always
make sure to have a reservation, even for lunch!! there is always a wonderful pasta dish
du jour for a very reasonable price, made right there in the petite kitchen...all homemade and the tiramisu is the best!!
We do highly recommend....have dined there for almost 10 years and have never been
disappointed!

Quite simply the best Italian Restaurant in Grenoble. Amazing home cooked flavours. A menu to suit all. Never disappointed... Would highly recommend.

My friend M. Helene, who is the President des commercants de Quartier des Antiquaires, told me that even for a weeknight one needs to make reservation at least 2 weeks if not more in advance. and as soon as I entered the restaurant I could see why. Just every corner was decorated so beautifully, with masks from Venice, low ceiling, each table of different beauty.you enter through the kitchen. the wife and daughter cooks with a help , and the husband manages the front, serves and suggests. We began with an Antipasto for 4, nothing extraordinary, but of great quality, then the pasta made fresh on site. We had just a carafe of house wine which was excellent. The owner stopped by our table and then he was less serious. The surprise of the night was at the end, when I received a handwritten bill with a beautiful calligraphy, I will post a photo later. The restaurant had a constant influx of customers, even though it was snowing, it was one of the coldest nights. The restaurant's ambiance and warmth would have melted away any cold. A memorable evening for our last night in Grenoble. if you are or will be in Grenoble, please try to have the experience, although reservation is de rigueur. Grenoble is a great starting point for sky,by circling, and other sports as well as a dynamic town.
