The pros - the hotel is definitely one of the best deals in Lyon, although more expensive than rooms we rented elsewhere in Europe that were higher in quality. But then again, we found most things in Lyon (food, museums, etc) to be like this! The staff are very helpful.
The drawbacks - the walls are a bit thin. Someone was playing loud music in one of the other rooms around the courtyard and we could hear every word to every song. Also, I would skip the breakfast and self cater or eat out.
If you're passing through Lyon and you're trying to keep expenses low, this is a good choice.More
