The hotel is located at Place Bellecourt, in the heart of the city.
We stayed in a junior suite, created by joining two adjacent rooms, with two (small) bathrooms and a balcony facing the square.
As much as we liked the hotel itself, we were very disappointed with a level of service offered to non-French speaking guests - especially at the reception desk (female receptionist) and in the breakfast room, where a waitress kept us waiting for 10 min even though 2 tables were ready, and the staff spoke only in French. The only positive exception was concierge, nice, smailing and helpful.
At the entrance door there is an information that the hotel is managed by Paul Bocuse Institute - service at the hotel is a shame to such a great name!More
