Stayed 2 nights in a room one floor up from reception and overlooking the narrow Rue de Savoie. A room looking onto the Theatre would be much better for the view, but I'm sure it would cost more. The room was spotlessly clean and had obviously been recently renovated and redecorated. The bed was comfortable, there was no aircon but the large window did open which was good. Overall the facilities were better than what one would expect from a 2 star hotel. The location was brilliant, but there is no lift (elevator) and you have to go up about 4 or 5 shallow flights of stairs to get to reception, and then up steep stairs to the next level where my room was. Luckily my luggage wasn't too heavy! The price was very reasonable for the location and time of year.More
