“4 Hour Affair”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

We had the tasting menu, and did enjoy some of the dishes very much. Others were OK. The progression started off as expected, slow but reasonable. After the first few plates it turned into 20-30 minutes between courses. I love a great food experience and was prepared to spend a few hours here, but 4 hours in a hot room without a view to enjoy... disappointing.

“Refused our reservation”

We had read wonderful reports about this restaurant and reserved online as they had six covers available. Unfortunately on the day of the booking we were shunted by email.Perhaps some regulars booked at the last minute!

“Excellent Dining experience ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 June 2014 via mobile

We here on the trip advisors recommendation and was not disappointed. The service was really friendly, the atmosphere intimate and the food extremely fresh and creative. I would chose the prefix menus that way you get to try everything. This is not a place to rush through to another engagement. You need to allow the time to enjoy yourself, your company, and the food. You can tell the Chef really appreciates your patronage because he came out at the end of the night to see if we enjoyed ourselves. We definitely had a really wonderful experience. The food was really sophisticated and not heavy. When I come back to Lyon I would definitely come back.

“very enjoyable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2014 via mobile

We are here last had the 'peinture' menu. Foie gras with apple strawberry balsamic masterpiece, squid done beautifully, a piece of beef with corvettes and red pepper purée, with a just that was gorgeous, excellent cheeses and a chocolate medley for dessert. A fantastic chardonnay and basil aperitif and a great bottle of Sancerre.

It was all excellent and beautiful, along with fantastic service. Well worth it.

“Excellent new discovery”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 June 2014 via mobile

Delicious food in an beautiful setting. Nice value for lunch; several amuse amuse bouche prior to the first course. Dessert is an assortment so you don't have to choose. Extremely nice and professional staff. Definitely going back.
