Hotel is located near by railway station. Staff on reception was good. Even though the checkout was not good because they tried to charge me too much. Breakfast was ok.
Cleaning woman came into my room even I had put do not disturb sign on my door. I was sleeping on that time.
Bathroom needed repair because paints were falling down from the walls and silicones had left off from the bathtub area.
My room was located next to the railway tracks so sleeping quality was not so good.
I never come back here :)

Room Tip: Try to get room opposite direction than the railway tracks are.

Been to this hotel many times. Good location and good service. Experience of hotel really depends of which room you take since rooms which has window looking in the inner part of hotel are not good at all but rooms which look outside hotel are much better. I usually take apartments which are big and spacey. Service is good and breakfast is big enough

This hotel is in a central location, with secured parking. Excellent for the price we paid. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, the fixtures are tired and old, the room could be cleaner. But I will still give it a great points because for the price it was great value.

We just needed a place to rest our head at night, so it was really great for us. The staff was smiling, happy and very helpful.

The breakfast was pricey, 16 euros for adults and 10 euros for kids, we skipped it and went to a Brioche Doree.

Booked this apartment block because of its proximity to Part-Dieu railway station - without realising how far it is to walk to Old Town. After first night, bought a daily 'all transport' ticket to get about - 5 euros for 24 hours.
Positives - good sound proofing (so undisturbed by busy road outside), comfortable bed
Areas for improvement - shower screen inadequate so water went all over floor, kitchen poorly equipped, some damage to walls, cleaning service erratic
Cost of breakfast was double that we had paid elsewhere so bought ours in!

We booked this hotel on our way to Paris. It was fairly easy to find and parking, once you were able to get inside and find out how to get in -- was convenient. It was safe and clean - but not anything close to a 4-star (and I know it is different in Europe)! The front staff was incredibly kind (though overworked!) and made the stay reasonable. However, the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. We stayed in a room for four and the "sofa bed" was incredibly uncomfortable and unmade (sheets were not even in the room) The bath did not have a shower curtain or door so water went everywhere -- which explained the condition of the laminate flooring. I would not stay here unless it was a budget decision alone (we got a last minute deal under 80 euros.)

Recent renovated hotel/studio, very spacious, very clean and recently furnished. 10 min. walk to mall in front of train station.
Hotel has parking. Only downside is the elevator : there is only one and the elevator is very very slow, it feels like you need to make a reservation to use the elevator.

We stayed in the hotel on business using the conference facilities. Wifi was excellent which was very important. The staff were very nice and helpful. Full board so dinner in most nights. The chef's selected our main dish and pudding each night and it was well cooked and tasted good but lacked freshness and the healthy aspect. I looked longingly at other dishes that other customers had chosen a la carte. We had to ask for eggs to be replenished most mornings. Waiting staff were very nice and accommodating.

The rooms were large and most of us had a kitchen that we didn't use. The bed was a bit lumpy but pillows great. Unfortunately the room was very cold. The heating did not work and with the high ceilings there was no way to get the room warm. The weather at the time of year was unseasonally cold. The towel rail in the bathroom could be turned on high so at least I wasn't freezing after a shower. However, it was impossible to take a shower without getting the floor soaking wet due to the design of the shower screen. This meant that there was damage to the floor covering around the bath.

The location of the hotel was far away from the centre near the train station. This meant there was not night-life close for us to relax in the evenings. So it was the hotel bar or a taxi into the centre of town. This is not the fault of the hotel but the problem was that the hotel bar was not stocked very well. I asked for a vodka which they didn't have. I expected that having asked for it a couple of times they might have stocked up but they never did. Surely vodka is a staple for any bar.

Pool? Not a pool. Perhaps a splashing pool. Could not sit in the jacuzzi very comfortably either.
