Here's the 1,2,3s...
1. Very typical French Bouchon! Rice as a side dish to perfect beef medallions with morrels and a creme sauce, and I think our other dish was something from the pig/cow I wouldn't normally eat, but it was tasty and tender in it's own amazing sauce.
2. Go early, like 7:30pm, as it fills up fast, but when full, it's an interesting and amazingly choreographed place. The service is impeccable.
3. Drink the unlabeled house wine (red). It goes with everything. Appetizer was nice. Desert was average but tasty too.
