This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant, obviously I enjoyed the experience the 1st 2 times.
I was one of the unlucky ones to get the 1st seating booking. Everything from welcome to the exit was rushed and rude. I would have enjoyed my evening more if I had walked in handed over my credit card and then left immediately.
The waiter was rude and the owner is even more obnoxious and lacks etiquette. My colleague probably ordered the most expensive thing on the menu a so called “Wagyu Beef steak” . The food was cold appeared on my table exactly 2 minutes after ordering and was stale. On complaining, we expected a little more attention to what they brought before us but the owner decides to cut the steak in various pieces in front of us and gives us a lesson as to what Wagyu should be like. Perhaps he should have cared to check if I know the meaning of Wagyu.
The owner Nanu embarrassed us in front of my guests and we couldn’t wait to leave the restaurant in shame and we left the steak as it is untouched after the owner had been all over it. I was then presented with the bill and told that just because you don’t like the food that does not mean you don’t have to pay for it. I paid with a tear in my eye and left.
