Hotel was spotless. Rooms good size as normal with Express hotels and the breakfast again as normal excellent. Hotel is situated near the town centre which is easily walked and well worth a trip. We did not have much time but the local museums are worth a look. Staff ultra friendly and helpful. The only grumble (and it was a small one) was the underground garage was a bit limited in space - get there early. Highly recommend this hotel.More

I stayed at this hotel for one night before. I booked it through a Orbitz.com and the reservation company charged me for the hotel. When I got to the front desk this I was asked for my card just in case any other transactions would be made for when I stayed there. Woke up and found out that the hotel had charged me for hotel room I had already paid for. I went back to reception desk to notify them of their error showed them my reservation number and bank statement, and the person working the counter said the person who checked me in the previous night was new and she apologized. She refunded the amount they had charged me immediately. When I returned home I saw the same exact charge again! I tried calling customer service but they keep hanging up on me! Very poor oversight of one employee!

This hotel was nice, I stayed here on business.
The rooms are a good size, the air con is great and windows open and tea, coffee and a kettle is provided, but no milk or spoons?
The bed is large and comfy and the bathroom is standard and practical.
The breakfast doesn't have a great selection of things, no hot food. And the hotel Wifi isn't the best, the upload speed for watching youtube or Netflix isn't great.

We offer our guests a complimentary, continental breakfast buffet, which complies with the standard of the Holiday Inn Express chain, with a selection of breads, rolls, croissants, chocolate biscuits, assorted meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, various Coverings such as Jam, honey, nutella, juices, water, coffee and tea specialties. Too bad that we could not convince you with that.

The service was very helpful, even though their English was not perfect. The standard of the rooms was excellent. Breakfasts very varied and tasty. The price is a bit too high, especially if you do not earn in euro.

Rooms are very clean and modern..important: sound insulation of the windows and walls is good...
Old Castle Hohenbaden can be seen from the corridor.
Breakfast is standard.
Parking costs 14 eur per day (24 hrs).
Friendly staff on the reception.
Instant coffee, and tee are available in the room.
Cons: Low quality liquid soap in the bathroom. And no other toiletries.
This Hotel is a good choice for couple of nights.

Brand spanking new, cleane and reasonably priced. The breakfast was better than expected. The staff don’t speak English well and the rooms are tiny. I travel a lot and this is the second smallest place I’ve stayed globally. I couldn’t get the air con to work but the kicker is the design of the bathroom. I opened the door and it pivots back to act as a door for the toilet. It marries perfectly to the shower and I managed to slam the end of my finger in the door. I’ll lose the nail but if it was a kids finger - it would’ve sliced through. Keep an eye out for that trap - you will know it when you see it.
