We stayed here for one night in the new building which had been open for a month or so. It's a about a hundred meters from the main hotel. The rooms have a clean, modern and almost minimalist design. Being able to change the colour the lights in the room is a bit weird. The room had a little terrace which was nice, but there is no privacy as it backs onto the main garden for the building. Street parking nearby is fairly easy to find and it is definitely walkable to the old town. After a day of doing tourist things you might want to take a tram back. A few minor problems for our stay. During check in staff kept getting my name wrong and had to be told 3 or 4 times in the space of 5 minutes. Main disappointment was an extractor fan in the bathroom that decided to come on automatically at 5:00 in the morning. It came on and off intermittently every few seconds for the rest of the morning. It's loud and makes it impossible to sleep. We rang the reception and all they said was that it's broken. Nothing else was suggested. Overall though it was a nice place for a short stay in this lovely city.More
