Stayed here for a week on business. Overall, a nice hotel to stay at, the room/interior/bedding was tidy and clean ( i stayed in the new block which just opened). Breakfast selection and quality was overall good, and so were the the meals I had there. The location of the hotel is not as close to the old square (where all the major attractions) as I would like it, 10-15 mins walk, but if you like a leisurely walk, then there is nothing to complain about. Note that if you are staying at the new block, you have to take a 20-30 meter walk (uncovered) to the main block where all the facilities are located.

The Qube is a little away from the historic heart of Heidelberg but that means there is plenty of parking available both on street and in the hotel’s garages. Less than €9 buys unlimited travel for two on the frequent trams and buses which run past the hotel and take only five minutes to get to the centre The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. The room was spacious clean and modern. The hotel has a restaurant which was very very good. The breakfast was one of the best I have every come across with a very wide buffet choice including hot dishes, the bacon was excellent.

The location is nice, staff is friendly and the room looks modern and clean, however initially the Internet connection did not work, I had to ask reception to fix it also the phone does not work, pretty bizarre :) The worst things of all, my room is kind of an attic room and it is very hot in here, I have the full AC running already for 2 hours and it is still very hot
