Travelling as a single on a group tour I was given a large and very well-furnished air-conditioned room with very a omfortable Queen size bed (only a single doona cover though). Whilst the bed linen was nice and ‘fresh’ the bathroom towels were ‘very well used’ and past their use by date. The bathroom was adequate in size but by no means large but with great water pressure (which has been lacking in some of the hotels). The room had a refrigerator with mini bar but no tea/coffee making facilities, which after a long day travelling from Amsterdam would have been appreciated. In room safe provided, but no ironing facilities in room. Probably available on request. Smallish older style television.
Nice hotel aspects with massive modern reception and arrival area.
Very quiet area when we were there as it was the school summer holidays, so few people around in general.
Breakfast was in a well decorated part of the hotel with a very good selection of hot and cold buffet foods, good wait staff.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Globus vacation. Good clean room and good location. The Breakfast was WONDERFUL - best buffet breakfast of the entire trip and a great value considering what was included. Only complaint was the staff (except during the breakfast buffet - they were great) were totally unable to communicate with us in English and seemed disgusted that we even tried to speak with them...although this was a very minor issue as we were only staying one night. Would probably stay here again and would certainly drop by for breakfast!

This beautiful hotel is partially located in an old brewery building and a newer building connected by an enclosed atrium. My hotel room was clean, well appointed with free Wi-Fi and a safe, and medium in size (not too small). The hotel staff at the front desk were attentive, friendly, and professional. The breakfast buffer served in the old building was huge and had most everything you would want -- eggs, sausages, cereals, breads, cheeses, juices, and plenty of other selections. I was on a group tour and this breakfast buffet was probably the best of all the hotels we stayed in! The hotel is located about a mile from the hotel -- about a 20 to 25 minute walk.

This was not my first trip to Germany, but the first time I spent in Heidelberg. This will definitely be my hotel of choice for the next trips!
The rooms are magnificent, large yet cosy, extremely clean with a great comfortable bed.
There is enough room to work in case you need to in the room.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is located a short walk from the main area for dining in the evening and parking was comfortable (although costly)

The Hotel itself is ok, Standard but ok. It is located on a Major raod, which means you cannot open the window. There is absolutely no place to go out or eat less than 20 min away by foot and it is very poorly connected to the public transport. So I would really not recommend this place.

This is a classic NH Hotel - so you know what to expect. Good quality furnishings, light open space and very efficient staff. And it was too.

The hotel occupies part of an old brewery but they have done and excellent job fusing old and new with covered glass ceiling entrances and light and spacious main reception areas. We arrived on a wet day and were quickly greeted by staff and the allocated to our room. The room was bright, clear and very easy to use with a good use of space.

Service was prompt and meticulous. One night we ate in the restaurant ( good food and good value) and then had breakfast here. The breakfast were very good with the usual high standards and so yoghurts', fresh fruit, mixed meats, salmon and then a range of cooked foods. All very high quality. The only small thing is that at breakfast staff are very efficient but not necessarily friendly...

The hotel is very close to the main station ( about 7 minutes walk away) and about 10 minutes walk to the main pedestrian area of Heidelberg. This wasn't a problem for us and we enjoyed the walk into town but for some it may be an issue. One advantage is of course is that Qube restaurant is just opposite and that is really worth a meal

Good hotel and good value for money
