“Thematic serenity in stuttgart”

This textile free (nude) spa is a gem in Stuttgart. It has a wide range of spas, saunas and steam rooms that are categorized by Greek, Asian, middle eastern, roman and Swiss themes. It's a cool place that has a warm rainforest atmosphere. This place is designed for Germans escaping reality and basking serenity. As an American it can be slightly nerve wracking, simply because most of the signs and information are in German. However, the staff is very courteous and all that I encountered were very eager to help and translate for me. My favorite area (there are about 16) was the Swiss steam room because you rub salt on your body and then after you steam away rinse in cool water and feel utterly detoxed, purified and scrubbed. Also, the Balinese meditation sauna room was blissful in it cute hut like architecture and yoga, zen music in the background. There is also a plentiful bar and food area. This place is designed to make your spa experience a most restful and peaceful adventure, try it out! No one will stare at your body, but if you are worried they have a ladies day on certain days.

My favorite SPA experience so far. Simply nude wonderland with fabulous choice of different baths, saunas, steam rooms, pools and relaxing areas.
Clean and relaxing atmosphere.
Must experience the sauna near the seawater pool (forgot the name), infused with fragrances. Felt like newborn after trying this and jumping in to the snow just behind the sauna on open air (yes, there was enough snow at the end of March!).
Fantastic refreshment!
Better going on weekdays, otherwise is too busy.

Everyone should go!
It's such a gorgeous place and provides every kinda of sauna and relax area (divided by nationality)...
So on a daily basis for example you can take a walk inside, look around and realize how beautiful it looks, then do a finnish sauna, then a bubble hot bath and why not you can go relax in the thai lounge.
Then you can start over again with but different saunas and relax areas...
it's heaven, really.

Can't wait to go back, I spent a fabulous anniversary day, then slept at the Suite Hotel.

Enjoyed a two-hour introductory visit to this oasis in the middle of the SI Centrum. The SchwabenQuellen are a series of about 18 different saunas, whirpools, in and outdoor pools of various size and temperature. The saunas range from about 69 to 90 degrees Centigrade and come in both dry and damp varieties.

Pay attention to the signs outside the saunas which announce when the next "Aufguss" is scheduled. Get in early to enjoy the show. The Sauna-Techs will come in, pour Eucalyptus-enhanced water (and ice) on the rocks, then wave towels in the faces of 30 of your newest naked friends to circulate the heat and steam.

And yes, it's 'textile free' .. which means you can go from sauna to sauna in your bathrobe and slippers, but when you go inside, you need only have a towel to sit on. Skin is not allowed on the wood, and shorts are not allowed in the saunas. This helps keep the saunas clean and really isn't a big deal, once you get over the initial shock!

If only we had places like this in the uk. Go you won't be disappointed. I prefer it in the summer when you can relax on a sun bed outside. Outstanding facilities with lots of choice.
