I stayed there for a week through work. I arrived around 09.30 p.m. and check in took around 20 minutes - exactly what I did not need after a full day's work and 4 hours travel. First, they couldn't find my booking, then they couldn't find my room, then it took ages to process payment and print a receipt.
The hotel most certainly is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are two lot of stairs - first up, then down - to get to reception - then it's back up some steps to get to the lift and another step from the lift to the corridor.
The room was quite large but the decor left a lot to be desired. The green walls were so bright, I regretted not bringing sunglasses, and possibly bright enough to trigger migraines. The blue (what a colour combination!!!) curtains on the one window where of different length and there was a dubious brown stain on the carpet.
Breakfast was acceptable but no service at all. On my first morning, the scrambled egg had run out by 8 a.m. with no more coming out whilst I was having breakfast. Two mornings running, one of the juices was served in a cracked jug and had a fly in it.
