“No Frills.. B&B Hotel”
Reviewed 18 July 2012

I travelled to Stuttgart in June 2012 and more specifically to Stuttgart-Feuerbach and stayed at the Feurbach Hof. Hotel's proximity to the Train Station is the best part about the hotel with frequent trains to the central station and Feurbach to connect to the S-Bahn, there are some shops, banks restaurant in the vicinity which close at 6:00pm.

The rooms are very small - barely enogh space to fit your bags in and so are the bath.
Sporadic Internet Access in the rooms - i had to come down near the lobby frequently to connect to the Wifi. When I expressed it to the hotel owner - he immediately fixed the same by offering an alternate connection had to wait for a day for the same.

The staff and the owner is very friendly, very helpful and try to fix whatever himself. However, if you require any assistance after 6:00pm be sure u will be disaapointed there is no staff beyond 6:00pm.

Visited the Hotel Feurbacher Hof in march 2012.
1. Very basic rooms.
2. Rooms were small for my taste.
3. The Hotel was clean.
4. Breakfast was included and above average,. ( European brekfast. )
5. 14 German television channels. - Nothing else.
6. Would return, only to stop for one night.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the garden, there is a church on the other side on the square and it has bells...

I had to travel several times to Stuttgart and more specifically to Stuttgart-Feuerbach, where some of the bigger companies are located (or close by).

The hotel is very well located, a tramway station is just in front of the hotel (connecting to central stuttgart and to main station, good and regular connections, 10 minutes to the main station) or, if you prefere walking, 10 minutes to Feuerbach railway station (S-Bahn station). Lots of shopping in the surroundings, some restaurants and fast food, too.

The hotel itself is a basic 2-star, but the service is excellent. The owner does everything himself. Small but sufficient rooms with small bath (shower and toilet), very clean, very quiet rooms, no noise from outside, nor from inside the hotel. Small TV (not a lot of choice of programs, all in German), but with integrated DVD-Player. Free WLAN in all rooms. Free access to a fitness center (bus ride from the hotel). The owner is very friendly, always very helpful. If it is needed, just ask and you will get a small fridge to your room. Same, if you want to eat in your room, just ask and you get plate and cutlery. Hotel serves only breakfast.
Breakfast is largly sufficient, no buffet, but all you need: bred, rolls, cold cuts, cheeses, several jams, honey. The owner serves you himself in the morning, offering additionally choice of youghourt, juices, egg, fruits, coffe, tea. Everything in aboundance. All included in the price.
Standard price is 60€ with breakfast, if you stay several days, contact hotel directly, you get it at 55€
The lobby is only open until 7 p.m., but if you arrive later, no problem, you will get a code for the electric lock that lets you into the lobby, where you will find an envelope on the counter with your name on it and your room key inside. Breakfast starts at 6:30, if you need earlier, no problem, just tell the owner and he will do it for you.

Mostly used for business people, as it is close to some of the big companies. No frills, but very quiet, very friendly, very well located, very cheap.

Be careful to not confuse Feuerbacher Hof with Hotel Ratsstube. Feuerbacher Hof has the entrance from the backside on the parking lot. Ratsstube has the front side entrance, very rude and unfriendly owner.
