We stayed here during Oktoberfest as we couldn't find cheaper accommodation closer to the centre of Munich. In saying that hotel literally backs on to the train station which is approx 5 stops to central Munich and 30 mins from airport. We stayed on the train platform side and it was extremely noisy, especially with the window open. The rooms were tight for two people however very clean and the bathroom was large in comparison to the rest of the room. The staff are friendly enough and the bakery underneath is great for breakfast however they speak very limited English. We wouldn't recommend staying here if you are visiting Munich, we stayed here because it was 'cheaper' than other hotels due to Oktoberfest.

Room tip: Ask to stay on the street side of the hotel as it might be quieter.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Munich. We were shocked at how small the rooms were. There was a sliding door to cover the toliet or the shower. So there is not a lot of privacy.

The bed felt small and not very comfortable. The pillows wrote soft but very thin. The individual comforters were comfortable but too heavy.

With the windows closed we didn't have issues with the noise. But it was too hot, even with the air constantly on. So we opened the windows and could hear the train.

We got directions from the front desk in how to take the subway. It was very convenient to get downtown. The bakery downstairs was good. And the Italian restaurant across the street and to the right was delicious!

Friends booked this hotel because is right at the train (from airport) and Bus terminal. Though it is right at the station, though it is at the station, it is very quiet that you will not hear any noise.
Room itself is small, but everything is new and is very clean. Kettle is provided in room, with coffee and tea bags provided for free. It is a little odd to have only one door that slide close either the toilet or slide close to the shower, but not both door. Free TV provided.
Parking is limited underground and have to pay 5 Euro per night extra, you can also park to other reserved parking spot without problem.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
No breakfast is provided, but bakery shop next door provided many varieties of bakery.

Room tip: It is a little outside Munich city centre, but is very convenience to get there. Highly recommended to traveller with or without car.

Not sure if it was due to the start of Octoberfest but I thought this hotel was way overpriced for what it offers. No breakfast - or even the option, very small rooms - if there are 2 of you in the room one has to move out of the way! No safe in room, nowhere to put a large bag or suitcase. the hotel itself is modern, clean and the rooms are functional, if small. no bath - only a walk in shower. Beds comfortable though & Free wi-fi

A reasonable bar & restaurant across the road and a tram right outside the door. Overall, reasoanble, but very basic & overpriced.

This budget-friendly hotel offered a great mix of comfort, value for money and convenience. It's by no means flashy and the rooms are fairly basic but the bed was comfy, shower was up to usual German standards and the air con was very welcome in the heat! Although the hotel is in a quiet suburb the S-Bahn/U-Bahn station is literally downstairs! Getting into Munich couldn't be easier! The bakery underneath the hotel was also great for breakfast. We really enjoyed our time here and were very happy with the cost:quality ratio.
