I stayed here for one night in October and the fall colors around the property, in the English garden and on the riverfront were beautiful. The small river that runs through the property was also very pleasant and I could hear it from my balcony. The price for the hotel was fair, but as is often the case with the big chains, the incidentals were pretty steep! Internet and parking added about 50 Euro a day. The parking charges can be avoided if you find a spot on the street in front of the hotel, and I appreciated the front desk telling me that. I managed to find a spot right out front for nothing! The service was very good, friendly and helpful all around and lots of smiles. The rooms seem recently renovated and are super stylish. There are old photos of the English Gardens in the rooms. Nice touch. It is a bit of a walk from the main square, but a nice one through the gardens, especially in October. There is a tram if you don't want to walk. Cool spot. I'd stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife for three nights, the room was spacious and had everything we needed for a good nights sleep. We took some water out of the mini bar, this was a huge mistake as the hotel charge 6 Euros per small bottle which is a disgrace, when they charge less for the bottles of beer, there is also nowhere to go within a short distance to buy your own, perhaps that is why they charge so much.
The staff were all very friendly, and helpful. If we were to visit Munich again we would stay in a hotel which was more located in the city. The good plus sides were the staff, and the friendly bar area.

Room Tip: Make sure the location is right for you.

This is a great hotel with staff who are attentive and keen to please. The bar is excellent and the bar staff are some of the best I have come across. I stayed for three nights and on the second night as I walked into the busy bar by the time I sat at the bar my drinks arrived, the barman had remember my order from the night before.

The hotels only downside is the pool its only a small one with a jet to swim against otherwise its excellent

Room Tip: Go high the rooms have great views

This hotel charges 25Euro per day for poor internet speed and connection. I was "kicked out"of the system at least 5 times a day and had to reconnect every time is really annoying (esp when paying 25euro for it) The housekeeping team made so much noise every morning that i started to think they are doing it on purpose (to wake everyone up so that they can clean the room) There is no "Do not disturb" sign available to be used. Room service menu is very limited and due to the poor location of this hotel, there are no other choices around unless you travel out. Definitely will try not to use this hotel again for business.

For a hotel charging 25Euro per day for internet, it is a unstable and slow one. We have to reconnect at least 5 times a day when using it. The room service menu is limited and the most annoying thing is the chambermaids making so much noise early in the morning along the corridors.

A very nice hotel, easy to find. The employees are fiendly and very helpfull. This hotel is in a very short walking distance to the "Englischer Garten" with tourist attractions like "Chinesischer Turm" and "Seehaus". Even Schwabing. Munich's famous artist center with it's little bars, restaurants and beer gardens is in walking distance and can be reached within 10 minutes.

Stayed here 3 nights visiting Munich for Octoberfest. Room was nice and clean and had a balcony. Wifi was available for free in the lobby and worked well. The hotel bar staff was very friendly and efficient. There was also a nice coffee bar in the lobby.

Next to the hotel is a beautiful park and it was great for taking a short walk. Since this was my first visit to Munich, I needed a little help on how to get around. The concierge provided us with wonderful instructions on how to use the public transportation system to get to Octoberfest and also to the airport. He took the extra time to make sure we understood what to do, and I really appreciated the extra effort.
