2 star hotel per US standards. Clean and functional. Very convenient to bmw museum. Not good for downtown sightseeing 30 minutes by subway. No air conditioning. Just a place to crash. Would not stay again. Nice people though. No handicapped accessible rooms.

I was arrived in a rainy day. This happens quite often in Munich. It was late night which was too late for me to get my room key of student dorm. I got off at subway station and stepped into this hotel. Fortunately there was a room available. The stuff were professional, comfy bed and big room (without free internet, you know, Sheraton). Besides that, I was totally pleasant with their service. Subway, supermarket are just nearby. It is usually quiet during the night so you really don't need to worry about your sleep quality. Nothing is better than a comfy room when you get half wet in a rainy day. Stay here if the price is reasonable

Room Tip: As higher floor as possible so that you could have a nice view

in general very clean, with good service, nicely designed rooms, friendly staff and service. no complaints or negative remarks.

it would be good choice of the hotel if you need to be in the area of olympiapark, although it is 3 min walk to ubahn and 20min drive by train to center.

hotel itself is occupying few upper floors of the apartment building , which has slight soviet look. but inside modern design and clean. parking lots available for fees. there are few supermarkets and small food stalls with asian food or turkish donners around.

I stayed two nights in July, during a heat wave in Munich. The room was decent sized with a nice bathroom, but it was hotter than hades. They had put a fan in the room, but it was to little avail. The windows only partially opened, so it was a sweatbox. On the upside, the staff was friendly, it was in a handy location (next door to BMW World and a U bahn line), and had a grocery store and two bakeries in the attached shopping area. If I needed to be in the Olympic Park area, and it was not in the summer, I'd consider staying there again.

We had a good stay here in Munich. Staff were very helpful when we checked in, offering information on the surroundings and Munich itself. My wife, teen-age daughter and I were in exec suite with cot added which worked out just fine. Only complaint is the lack of air conditioning, but this only seemed to be an issue for me. By lowering the blinds during the day and turning on the fan at night the girls had no complaints. Very convenient to bakeries, grocery store, transportation, pharmacy, BMW museum etc. would stay here again.

Booked at short notice 2 rooms in this hotel which is part of the original Olympic Village for the 1972 games. The Executive rooms are large and spacious with 32" flat screen TV with good views over the Olympic park. Lifts from the lobby take you to the top floors which the hotel occupies without stopping at the intermediate level apartments.

Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast had a good choice of cooked and continetal options

Room Tip: Executive rooms have free wired internet but not wifi (which is available free from the lobby)

Excellent for events at the Olympic Park (our event was a Bon Jovi concert), which is an easy 10 minute walk away.
And with a U bahn station only 2 minutes away, it is easy to get into the central city.
The room itself was excellent. Clean, large, and with a very comfortable bed.
The desk staff were efficient, although not particularly friendly.
We got conflicting information about whether they did or did not have an on site restaurant - we were invited to eat at a table in the lobby, and the menu only listed 4 dishes. We later saw a separate room that looked a lot like a dining room/restaurant, so we are not sure what the situation is (we ended up walking 5 minutes to the BMW museum and eating at a fantastic restaurant there).
