The hotel is part of the "Arabella Hochhaus" building, so it's not a stand-alone Sheraton hotel. There are small shops on the ground floor, offices on the first floor, hotel rooms are located on the upper floors. It's a bit tricky to find it if you arrive by subway, as there is just a small sign on the street where to go and the closer entrance of the hotel is marked with a small logo. Once you found the way, it takes 10 minutes to get from the station to your room. The subway ride to downtown takes another 10 minutes.
Staff was polite, but i did't get the room type I booked. Twin beds in my room was quite narrow ( around 90cm wide). Besides of this, the room was nice, clean and modern. Plenty of storage space. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it is fully occupied by the minibar, there is no space left for your items. The pool area is under renovation at the moment.More
