We stayed at the Hotel Praesident in July. The hotel itself is nice - we had a room in the back. The rooms are tiny with no air conditioning. Breakfast was a very nice buffet spread. The big downside to this hotel is the neighborhood. It is in the red light district with lots of sketchy dudes hanging out in doorways. There are strip clubs, sex shops and hookah lounges up and down the street. Pay a bit more and stay further from the train station.
