everything needed was in place. Parking was free over the weekend. Not a great location but easy to get around. Staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we have found anywhere. The pizza restaurant over the road was very good too.

hotel Imperial was an excellent hotel to stay at. The location is good not to far from the town centre. The room was clean, bright and excellent for one person. Excellent place to go and stay with friends because it is very reasonably priced. The buffet was excellent and there was a lot on offer for breakfast. I would strongly recommend to go and stay there if you are looking for a reasonable hotel reasonably priced. The staff were very kind and very helpful. I felt very welcome by all staff and any help you will need they will help you and try their hardest to help you.

The basics are all covered clean room, hot shower. Location is a little distance from the city, but tram and train links make it more than adequete. Located near Pasing. Nice small villiage district. Staff were nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. All in all it is recommended, but only if other hotels closer to town are booked out

We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and stayed at the Imperial primarily because the price was reasonable for Oktoberfest. The hotel itself was average. Small rooms, very small bathrooms, lots of street noise, and not very close to Oktoberfest or old Munich. On the good side, the hotel had friendly staff, a good buffet, and was close to the streeetcar to get you to Oktoberfest or downtown. La Ruota (an Italian restaurant across the street) was the bets part about staying there.

Very good and varied breakfast, indeed small rooms and smaller bathrooms, but very clean; staff was very polite and helpful. The location is not exactly the closest to rthe city center, but you can get to city center in 10 minutes by tram and the station is 200 m from the hotel(number 20 I believe). I advise you, if you camed by plane and dont want to rent a car, take a tram ticket for one or 3 days (the cost for 1 person is 5,2 euros for one day and 10,4 euro for up to 5 people for 1 day).
The tram will leave you exactly in the city center.

Room Tip: Rooms with street view are not a good choice.

You could do a lot worse than stay at the Hotel Imperial but the only word to fully describe it would have to be cramped. If the room was small the bathroom was tiny. Using the toilet was an art and there was an awkward ledge over the sink.

The breakfast room is cramped, too. The tables are too close together and when people are seated the chairs are back to back and there can be no way through to your own seat.

My final complaint is about the bar. Often it's more of an internet cafe with children sitting at the bar top, using laptops. Sometimes there's no room for people actually wanting a drink. And as for the internet, while there is a PC for guests (at a charge) there is no facility for printing. When I asked if I could print my boarding pass I was told in no uncertain terms that it would not be possible. Fortunately there is a good internet cafe in Pasing which is a nice little district with some good places to eat and drink plus a large shopping centre, the Pasing Arcade.

In the Imperial's favour, it's cheap, clean, and very convenient for travel into Munich. The breakfast buffet is adequate although it would be nice if the milk for cereals was cold rather than tepid. They could also do with a toaster that works properly.
