You wouldn't believe this hotel was so close to the centre of the city, situated as it is in a quiet respectable area. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were large and well-equipped, and the breakfast was very good. There are a few restaurants nearby (particularly recommend Wassermann) and even one on the same premises, but run by someone else. The only problem is parking, which is very limited on-site, and difficult to find (and expensive) on the street.

Clean & tidy hotel suitable for a short stay. Large airy rooms, functional rather than comfortable.Located in a leafy suburb with local bars, shops and restaurants nearby. 5 min walk to U-Bahn station then just a few stops to the city centre. Excellent breakfast choice & staff semi helpful & interested. Expensive for what you get, butI think this reflects German prices?...

First of all about location...
this hotel is middle of nowhere...
to the center by taxi few minutes
but if you would like to walk you will be lost...

About staff...
I didn`t like work of reception
when you are working on front desk
I think it`s impossible when you are talking by personal handy
or there cup of your coffee nearby...
it`s image of the hotel..
then about housekeeper...
few times he came inside my room
when I was inside ...
I don`t understand
why they don`t control it
they have electronic keys.....

The bed was ok
but nothing special

insulation at zero
I heard everything
what`s going on in other rooms
the hairdryer,phone and not only.....

then about bathroom
it`s incredibly small......
and there veryyyy thin glass door
which you can`t normally close
it`s like a curtain....

About breakfast...
as my colleague told
it`s rubbish....
really nothing to eat...
no good coffee

To sum up...
for few nights it can be suitable
but nothing special...
I don`t recommend !!!

And by the way...
while I remember
I called this hotel
as I wanted to cancel booking they told me
that they already took payment via credit card
and it`s impossible to return
but when we arrived
they told that no
they didn`t charge....
how to understand such service.....

Room Tip: In my room 306 it was loud.... insulation at zero....

We stayed here while visiting Munich. Very clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Good location close to stores and train station. Very clean and comfortable with a balcony which was very nice. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items as well as a fresh juicing machine. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Good choice for Munich!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Not very big but quaint and comfortable. Balconies off of some rooms. Everything you need is close to you within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator. We had breakfast in the dining room (which was included) and it was very good! Huge selection and all tasty. Great experience here...very clean and comfortable!

We stayed here for two nights after booking fairly last minute. The reviews on booking.com give this hotel a much better score than trip advisor which is what prompted me to book it.
The hotel was refurbished in the last few years & is quite nice. We booked a double room & found it to be acceptable. The bathroom is tiny but after travelling Europe for quite some time you come to expect this! The bed was firm & comfortable & the minibar was stocked. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the road which we probably would have used had it have been summer time. Our room also had a kettle & some tea & coffee which I thought was a nice touch. Hotels in Europe aren't big on putting kettles in hotel rooms.
The street outside is quiet, we probably could have slept with the window open & not been disturbed. There is a tram straight into town about a 5 minute walk away & a supermarket just around the corner.
Parking is €6 for 24 hours - good luck finding a park as the on street parking is also for locals. You must pay for parking Mon-Sat (only Sunday is free). The hotel does have 'some' parking behind the hotel, we arrived at 6pm in Friday & it was already full! We were lucky that we found a park on the street just around the corner.
Breakfast to be honest was a nightmare! The breakfast rooms are tiny & the placement of the food is not at all well thought out. The first morning we sat downstairs & the second morning we sat upstairs. I felt sorry for the staff! They were working like machines - there were people everywhere making demands regarding breakfast & people waiting around for fresh tables.
I like to take my time at breakfast but the way this is set out you have to take your time as you spend time waiting for people to get out of the way! The plates are in the middle of the 'procession line', the toast up the other end & the cereal beside the toast. In the end we just sat around & waited for the line to clear then took our opportunity to load up our plates!
These things aside, the breakfast buffet was delicious! There is a good variety of things to eat & the staff continually top up things that are empty so there is always fresh things for you to enjoy.
This hotel suited us as it allowed us to park relatively cheaply as well a be close to the city. The staff were friendly & helpful. We would stay here agin if we were to come back to Munich.
