This hotel is in a good location close to the main attractions of Munich. The hotel staff were excellent value very helpful and polite. Room and bathroom were small but it was nice to have a window that opened to get some fresh air. A good stay for a short stop over close to train station!!!

To start with the positives. Very good location as it is close to main train station and to the centre. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice.
Now to the rather mediocre elements:
The room i stayed was not that nice. It smelled like cigarette a bit. The mattress was very soft and not because it was manufactured to be soft but it seemed to be old. The furniture inside seemed to be totally uncoordinated (in terms of colour and style).
All in all i gave it an average because i paid not much for the two nights. They charged double for the third night due to some exhibition. I think that this is normal practice in major exhibition hosting cities but for that room it was way too much.

First day when i arrived, the bed room floor was a little sticky. This was gone when I got back from work on my second day. So cleanlyness was fairly good. The hotel is getting out dates, and it shows, especially in the bathrooms. The breakfast was awfull. I ended up not eating there after trying it the first day. But I still had to pay for it since it's included in the price of the room. To be more exact, there is a machine that dispenses juice, water etc. Just standing close to the machine revealed a smell of wine. Wine as in yeast. I could even see the girl before me making a face from the bad taste of the apple juice, and then pouring it out again. Lastly, the wifi is a joke. The problem is not the range within the hotel which is usually a problem at other hotels, but the capacity. During the middle of the night when everybody is sleeping, it seemed to work tolerably. But during the day when many people share it, it's unbearably slow. Ususually it just didn't work. Webpages timed out before any data arrived. A funny thing: Because the hotel is surrounded by stripper joints, I woke up in the middle of the night because of some guy in the street in a fight with two pimps. Since I woke up I started to check my email/Facebook+++ on the phone and it was working pretty good: For about two minutes, when I assume the rest of the hotel woke up from all the comotion outside and started doing the same on their own devices. Lastly, when coming back to the hotel in late evenings, girls where standing in the doorway of the stripper joints trying to get you attention to come in, this is a red light district during the nights. On the plus side, the hotel is only walking distance from the central trainstation, so everything you need should be very close by. Bottom line, I would not stay here again.

Room Tip: Out towards the street is a terrible idea, because of the stripper joints all around, people are drunk and loud during the night. I even witnessed a fight between two pimps and a customer.

I was here with family two nights. We chose hotel because it was so close to railway station and not so expensive. Surroundings weren't so good, on same street with hotel was many striptease-bars and street was noisy all night. Wifi wasn't working properly, you had to log in again and again. Rooms were ok, although we wanted to have non-smoking room, but didn't get it..

Booked this hotel online without reading reviews. This place was not too far from the old town area, however, it was tucked between a plethora of seedy establishments which was a huge turn off. We were reluctant to go out after dark due to the number of people pestering us to check out the nude ladies. The room was fine, although a bit small for our family of 3. There was a constant cigarette smoke smell which we could not decide whether it was from the bar next door, or if someone on our floor was a smoker. Breakfast was a nice German style buffet. Bathroom had a hair dryer which was nice but barely enough room to turn around in there. Wifi kept dropping constantly.
